Project planning & team collaboration
Keep tasks, ideas and milestones connected, from your first prototype to the next release or playtest.
A shared Kanban board with owners, priorities and visible blockers. Give everyone a clear view of what needs to happen next.
Connect tasks to a milestone. Keep the objective, target date, progress and build or demo link together so the team knows what “ready” means.
Collect notes and images on the ideas canvas. Group related references, then keep discussions and files with the tasks they belong to.
Try a milestone · no account needed
In this example, a three-person team is finishing a forest delivery prototype. Two tasks are done. One missing audio export is holding up the playtest.
Open the tasks, resolve the blocker and see what is ready to share. This is a sample project; your workspace stays separate.
Plan your own milestone — freePick up a parcel, cross the forest and deliver it in a five-minute session. The player can hear when the delivery is complete.
Alex owns the pickup, delivery and restart flow. Acceptance check: complete a delivery and start another without reloading.
Sam owns the path and destination marker. Acceptance check: a new player can find the destination without instructions.
Jo is waiting for the final sound export. Next action: attach the export, then check it in the build.
Build handoff: waiting for the audio check. The next action and its owner are visible to everyone.

Yes. Small software teams can organize tasks, assign owners, track blockers and plan milestones for apps, websites and SaaS products. For an app release, connect the design, implementation and testing tasks to one milestone and share your externally hosted demo link. The same workflow helps indie studios prepare a playable build.
Choose Studio when you need more active projects, more than 3 members, more file storage or MCP access for AI agents. It costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year for the whole studio. The price is per studio, with no extra seat charges.
Yes. PlayablePlan is a browser-based planning workspace, so your team can use Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot or another engine. Add a link to your externally hosted playable build on a milestone so everyone can find the version to test. PlayablePlan does not build or host your game.

Start with your next release or playtest. Create a project, define one milestone, then add the tasks and owners needed to reach it. You can bring over the rest as you plan it; importing boards from another tool is not currently supported.
No. The full planning workflow works without AI. Studio includes an optional MCP beta for compatible agents. Access is scoped to your studio, writing requires explicit permission, and you can revoke a token at any time.
